As described in A bibliography of Mississippi imprints, 1798-1830, no. 28, and American bibliography, a preliminary checklist for 1801-1819, no. 6801.

No. 28 in Douglas C. McMurtrie's A bibliography of Mississippi imprints, 1798-1830. McMurtrie found no existing copy and assumed it was printed by Andrew Marschalk in Natchez, though, as it turns out, it was printed in Washington, D.C. and is, therefore, not a Mississippi imprint.
