Regan, a delegate from Claiborne County to the Mississippi Constitutional Convention of 1890, who served as secretary of the Committee on Education and of the Committee on Elective Franchise, Apportionment, and Elections. With the exception of two letters dated Mar. 2, 1898, the collection pertains to the business of the Convention. Printed items of interest in the collection are as follows: Charles K.
